Choosing Your’ DPE Wheels:
DPE Wheels are manufactured in Southern California. The Modding Community knows that DPE produces some of the most eye-popping wheels. They are manufactured out of aircraft aluminum to be lightweight and performance oriented, yet enhancing the look of your’ car.
DPE Wheels have 3 options – Style, Wheel Size and Finishes. Finishes are optional and cost extra.
1) Style/Model: DPE Wheels have three different styles:2 piece, 3 piece and monoblock aluminum wheels. DPE Wheels created 3 different series for these – the R Series, GT/LS and Signature Series
2) Wheel Size: Depending on how you decide to fit your car, you will need to choose the corresponding wheel size for DPE to ship to you. Wheel sizes start at 18 x 8, and get as large as 23 x 10’s. Depending on whether the wheels are for the front or back of the car, and what brakes you have installed, you may need a different wheel size.
3) Finishes: Every DPE Wheel is custom ordered, which allows you to choose a number of customizations. Some of the choices include: gloss/ finish, chrome, custom paint / designs and custom powder coats.
Wait – DPE’s, Iforged or HRE Wheels?
DPE Wheels are one of the most well known brands in the industry. They have a number of beautiful styles available you won’t find anywhere else. You may also want to compare to HRE Wheels to get more options. (We still think you’ll find the look you prefer in DPE’s)
Iforged Wheels haven’t yet received too much positive rep in the community. In fact, we haven’t yet seen any Iforged wheels that are unique. Although they are definitely cheaper than HRE’s, we recommend you stick with either DPE’s or HRE’s.
